You will be responsible for performing set maintenance, labeling, signage, building displays, straightening and filling shelves, counting, culling, resetting product, executing in store projects, processing RTV’s, and participating in regular scheduled events, demos and promotions. You may service multiple stores a day.
•Weekly service work in Home Depot
•Must start your daily service between 6AM and 8:30AM
•Hourly pay rates are $10.00 - $12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Successful candidates will have:
•Home Depot or Lowes Experience
•Merchandising experience

•Ability to read and follow a planogram
•Ability to assemble fixtures and displays in-store

The MULTI UNIT Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall operating performance of all stores within the defined district (approx. 15). Provides leadership and direction in achieving defined store and district goals in sales, expenses and shrinkage control.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provides clear and timely direction to store management teams to ensure operating standards regarding customer satisfaction, merchandise presentation, promotions, inventory levels and payroll are maintained.
- Visits all stores within the district on a consistent basis.
- Continually evaluates & monitors all store managements' performance.
- Complete compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Builds and maintains a well developed and motivated management team.
- Recruits, hires and trains all new store managers.

Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (4 year degree preferred)
- 6+ years MULTI-UNIT RETAIL MANAGEMENT experience
- Skilled in Recruiting, Hiring and developing store management personnel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership characteristics.
- Able to Manage MULTIPLE PRIORITIES effectively and efficiently.
- Computer Proficient especially MS Word/Excel
- Willing to travel Weekly & Overnight a MUST.

ActionLink is seeking part-time Product Promotion Representatives to work the retail floor to promote and educate customers about a softwear product, with an overall goal of getting customers interested in purchasing or learning more about the product.
Candidates should be outgoing with strong communication skills. A background in retail is preferred but not required.

Position Details:
