You must meet the occupancy requirements. If your unit sleeps 6, the rent is six times the per-person rate. For example, at $200 per person, a one-bedroom (sleeps six) would be $1200. A two-bedroom (sleeps eight) would be $1600. A four-bedroom (sleeps 12) would be $2400. Get the picture? Check it out on our web site. IMPORTANT NOTE: You don't have to meet the occupancy to rent the unit. In other words, if they want more space, six people can rent a unit that sleeps eight. They would just have to pay a bit more per person (the eight occupancy rate) to get the extra room.
