Summer Seasonal Full Rental Fee- $9,000. Due paid in 1/3 increments along with a Refundable $500.00 SecurityDeposit due witht rent payment. There are four full months in the full summer season equally $2250 per month = $9,000 full fee. plus security. No tax is due with full season. Utilities included.
Pet Friendly with approval and Fee
Furnished w/queen bed, large sofa and sitting area. Small table and chair for eating. Includes large refrigerator -however no stove/oven. Large closet and full bath.
New A/C in the unit. We can add a twin bed if wanted. This efficiency has access to common area coin operated laundry room with large sink if needed. One off street parking and a large yard with sitting area picnic tables, grill and hose access outside. Beach is one block away. OC bus is steps away. Area to lock bikes if needed.
Rent Schedule- Total Summer Cost is $9,000 for a full season which does not involve tax for a full season period. We require 1/3 to hold the unit, 1/3 when you get keys and move in and 1/3 30-40 days later.
