If you are in need of a New Walk-In Cooler or Freezer, for holding your food etc at 35 degrees for a cooler or -10 Degrees for a freezer. If the product you are putting in the cooler or freezer is already cold or frozen, you may only need a holding box, but if you are putting room temperature food or warmer you need to cool or freeze, you most likely need more BTU's. Even said, if you go in and out of your walk-in all day or frequently, you may need more BTU's so your compressor doesn't run continuously.
There really is no standard size. A 10' x 10' can be to the inch or nominal, meaning 9'10" x 9'10" and some manufactures may very. Call or email me with the sizes or a drawing, product temperatures, if you have single or three phase electrical panel in your restaurant etc. if it is indoors or out or with a floor or not being a cooler, freezer must have an insulated floor but cooler on concrete does not require one. If you use a hand-truck inside either, or have kegs or items that are very heavy, I recommend no floor if you have a concrete floor for the cooler or reinforce all floors or you may end up replacing the floor sooner than expected. Please do not just ask for a 10 x 10. That tells me nothing. Indoors or out, 3 phase, entering temperatures, height, if a cooler on concrete, with or without a floor, freezers must have an insulated floor. What food are you storing and for how long. All questions have a reason
