This is a well maintained 30ft. Catalina MKIII, Wing Keel, Standard Rig. Her Dutchman flaked Mainsail and furling Genoa are in very good shape. There is also an extra Mainsail in decent shape. Dodger and Bimini have stainless frames and only 3 years old. Her Universal M25xpA with only 705 hours is in excellent running condition. Running and Standing rigging are in good working shape. Catbird seats at stern, sugarscoop swim platform. Simrad Auto Pilot is excellent, Garmin GPS/Sonar works very well, Faruno Radar works well,as do the ICom radio and Fusion Stereo with Bose speakers. Water heater and Propane Stove disconnected simply because I never use them and they were operational when I disconnected them. All other systems are functional and there are many expensive spare parts, i.e. Engine mount, Fresh water pump, filters, impellers, etc. I can no longer maintain this beauty in the manner she has become accustomed to. I'm just getting too old. My loss, your gain.
