This is a very well maintained 29' Phoenix with upgraded YANMAR 4LHA-STP DIESELS (2003). She has had 3 previous owners I believe. The last owner upgraded to the Yanmars from the original Volvos. At the time of the upgrades, all the electrical and plumbing was also upgraded and replaced. Most recently (the past few years), both turbos have been replaced, both aftercoolers have been cleaned, she has always had regular oil & filter changes and full spring services. She has also just gotten 2 new batteries, both impellors and bottom paint and is showing only 830ish hours!!
The aft deck is very large with a small step at the engine hatches and a center mount table.
There is A/C with shore power (no generator), and a newer holding tank for the head. The cabin is very comfortable with a small galley and fridge, dinette, couch and forward v-berth.
The bridge has a bench seat for 3 (max) with a centerline helm. There is a newer Bluetooth stereo, separate throttle/shift levers, Yanmar gauges, trim tab controls, etc... and a Raymarine E-120 display with radar and sonar.
The boat also has a windlass with foot controls, swim platform and a custom hardtop.
Overall the boat is in very good mechanical condition, and the Yanmars make it VERY economical. The cabin is clean and in nice condition. The exterior and the wood details need to be finished and or polished and the canvas is missing a couple pieces the were lost in a storm.
She is a great bay boat with a draft of only 26-28 inches.
Serious interested buyers only. No games, no trades, no non-sense.
Looking for a boat I can trailer and handle by myself.
Thanks for looking!
