39’ Stadel-Designed Sloop – A Blue Water Beauty
39’ Stadel-designed mahogany sloop with a tongue and groove planked and bronze-fastened hull begun in 1954 and finished at Cutts & Case. Knotty pine interior remains as originally designed—well preserved and ready for finishing touches.
Spirit has been lightly sailed and mostly stored under cover, showing minimal wear for her age. She’s solid, honest, and priced As-Is. Some work is needed to get her ready for seasonal launch (seam work, bottom paint, rigging), but no full restoration is required.
Offered by the Harold Follett Trust. Ideal for a wooden-boat enthusiast ready to bring her back to the water.
