Pop’s Chesapeake Smokehouse is looking for a strong Kitchen Manager to help us open our new waterfront seafood & BBQ shack at Georgetown Yacht Basin in Galena, MD.
We open in about a month and are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, organized, and comfortable leading a small kitchen team in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
Experience with grills, smokers, seafood, BBQ, or high-volume summer kitchens is a huge plus. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role and be comfortable working outdoors during the season.
This is a hands-on working manager position alongside ownership.
Full-time seasonal position.
Weekend availability required.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
