Single, 59-year-old African-American male seeking a new home - either a studio or 1-bedroom apartment for rent - in Berlin, Salisbury or Cambridge, in a safe and secure neighborhood. Currently residing in Ocean Pines, in my parents' summer home, which is being sold within the next 18 months, so I am getting out ahead of things and looking for a new place to call home. I am a quiet and peaceful creative professional (documentary filmmaker), homebody, who is soon entering the decade of my 60s, seeking an affordable space with a nice view of the natural surrounding landscape, close proximity to a Walmart and restaurants (as I like my deliveries!), with the apartment preferably located on an upper level of the building, as I am not interested in a ground-level apartment.
