Service Technician / Handyman – Steady Work – Weekly Pay

Interior Image MD is looking for a skilled Service Technician / Handyman to handle residential and light commercial service calls, inspections, and small-to-medium repair jobs.

We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior remodels. This position focuses on punch lists, repairs, commercial maintenance work, and occasional estimates/inspections for upcoming projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential & light commercial repairs
• Drywall patches & paint touch-ups
• Trim & door adjustments
• Fixture replacements (lights, faucets, toilets)
• Minor tile & flooring repairs
• Cabinet adjustments
• Job site inspections and basic estimating
• General service and punch work

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years hands-on experience
• Ability to diagnose issues independently
• Comfortable speaking with clients on-site
• Clean, professional appearance (customer-facing role)
• Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred)
• Basic tools required
