PAY: $20 per hour plus employee profit sharing, W-2 employment with taxes handled properly — this is not a 1099 gig, it's a LEGIT job.
SCHEDULE: Flexible evenings, generally in the 5:00–8:00 PM range. Currently 10-15 hours per week with additional hours likely in the near future as we bring on a new office contract.
THE WORK: You will clean office buildings after business hours — vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, dusting, breakrooms, and all standard commercial cleaning tasks.
After a probationary training period, you work independently. No one standing over your shoulder. You clean, you lock up, you go home.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
— Someone with reliable transportation to Salisbury-area job sites (no public transit runs at these hours)
— Someone who shows up consistently and on time
— Someone who takes pride in doing a job right even when nobody is watching
— Someone comfortable working alone in the evenings
— Someone who can pass a background check (required before starting)
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required if you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and honesty.
