Hello! We are a responsible, quiet family of five currently searching for a long-term rental home available starting June 2026.
📍 Preferred Location: Anywhere between the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Ocean City
About Us:
Verifiable, stable income
Non-smokers
Do not drink, party, or use illicit drugs
Very quiet and respectful household
Excellent rental history
We have been in our current rental for 5 years and are searching due to an upcoming lease renewal. Prior to that, we successfully completed a 7-year lease. We take pride in maintaining the homes we live in and caring for them as if they were our own.
What We’re Looking For:
Prefer 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath
Will consider up to 3 bedrooms
Open to long-term rentals
Very interested in rent-to-own options
Willing to discuss available opportunities
