This is Andersen's Ultimate Connection Gooseneck Mount for 5th wheels.
I've used it pulling our 12,000lb 5th wheel and have absolutely loved it.
Main reason, it's super lightweight at 35 lbs so ez to install and uninstall and store.
This feature sold me on it over the heavy slider type of hitches.
