Single Elderly Male in Search of Private Room (Berlin/OC/Fenwick)

I am a single elderly male in search of a room for rent. I am a quiet non-smoker with no pets. I really would like a room that has a private bath included. If the room has its own private entrance that would be even better, however I realize those types of private rooms are far and few between that are available. Also, I have references to submit concerning my personal character.
