Less than 2 weeks old Taylormade 2023 P-770 4 thru 9 iron and Milled Grind 4-46 degree pitching wedge all factory built with Taylormade receipt and 700 series box- I paid $1671 for this setup and have played 2 rounds with them. UDT Recoil Dart 90-gram stiff shafts on the 4 thru 9 iron p-770 irons. These shafts are amazing and help the ball fly high and land soft. There is a Project X 6.0 rifle(stiff equivalent) steel shaft in the Milled grind 4(Their newest wedge which has a raw face and micro grooves to help spin the ball better in all conditions) 48-degree loft and 9-degree bounce pitching wedge which is factory bent to 46 degrees to match the pw in the p-770 set. By substituting a milled grind 4 wedge for the p-770 pw you gain the ability to use this wedge more around the greens and not for just approach shots. If you watch "WITB" episodes on YouTube I am sure you are familiar with most accomplished players substituting the pw from their iron set for a wedge that matches their wedge setup because this fits into your approach shots yardage gap easier, giving you a more versatile set of irons. Either way I am just trying to recoup some of my investment. Glad to let you try them out to see if they are for you. They are an amazing set of irons and the fact I am selling them has nothing to do with their quality or ability- it has more to do with my own.
