It's that time of year to start planning your summer vacation, so book early to ensure your preferred week. Weekly Rentals are Sunday to Sunday for $1300 which includes taxes. A $300 deposit is required up front to hold your week.

"Cottage Style" 1 bedroom condo with 2 queen beds, 2 sofas in the living room, cable tv, Wi-Fi, full bathroom with tub, fully stocked kitchen and large covered 15 x 20-foot deck that looks out over the ocean. The deck has a hammock which is a perfect place to read a good book or take a nap. There are 2 outside lounge chairs to relax on and a high-top table with chairs to eat your crabs.

Please bring your own toiletries, towels and linens for queen size beds. There is 1 parking space under the building, but plenty of parking on surrounding side streets. There is a storage shed with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cart to use.
