The Cottage at Heron Cove is a cozy retreat situated on a scenic peninsula with water views from every window. Awake each morning to watch the sun glisten off the gentle waters. Relax on the large wrap-around screened-in porch. Fish and crab from your private dock (no licenses required from the 1000 feet of property shoreline or dock). We provide crab pots and crab keeper box. For your boating convenience, the dock has LIGHTS and electricity (120 volt), freshwater bib and 3 ft. water depth (mean low tide). Cook in the updated kitchen complete with a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Grill your favorite recipes on the Weber grill. Dine on the covered and screened in porch. For your comfort there is central A/C, heat and ceiling fans. Explore nearby Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, historic Cambridge, Oxford, St. Michael's and Easton. At the end of the day, savor the sunset, build a campfire, roast marshmallows and watch the stars appear.
